We believe in attacking the root cause – a lack of opportunities. Parker Clay is proud to partner with Ellilta Women At Risk (EWAR), an organization that helps women escape exploitation and that has introduced us to a significant portion of our workforce. We pay living wages to all of our employees, offer advancement opportunities and vocational workshops, as well as courses teaching topics like financial literacy.

By paying our people well and helping to unlock their potential, we believe we can foster generational change. Many of our employees are mothers, and we know that a job for her means healthy food, school supplies, a safe place to study, and so much more for her kids. We’d like to think that Ethiopia’s doctors, teachers, and lawyers of the future might have reached those heights, in part, because Mom had a job
