We stand behind the quality of our premium leather and offer a limited lifetime guarantee on leather defects for all Parker Clay items purchased online. This guarantee covers defects in the leather material itself under normal use. You may need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Our leather guarantee does not apply to: 

• Normal wear and aging of leather
• Animal damage
• Spills or stains
• Damage from exposure to extreme weather conditions
• Damage caused by mishandling via airline or third-party shipping companies
• Hardware, stitching, or non-leather components
• Third-party alterations made to the item
• Products purchased during our Sample or Warehouse Sale

Please note that Parker Clay covers the charge to send back the repaired product. However, it is the customer's responsibility to send the item to our address.
